Through this Casting's Effect, the ill-disposed witchcræfter inflicts a Minor Insanity or Counter-Quirk upon the victim. Exactly what form this Eyebite's major Hex takes is left to the player to propose and the GM to approve, remembering the relative value of this Casting. i.e., Grade V. Alternately, this Eyeblte can be a combination of any one or two Grade I and one or two (bade II Eyebite Castings, under 100 Heka points cost. laid visually as a single Effect. Again, the diversity of the dweomer is for the garnemaster to determine. (We sort of like a Pang-Mumble-TripÑthere's a real Evil Eye)
