Regeneration Ritual

The Ritual must be perform. for 10 ATs ( 1 hour) each day during the course of the process of restoring a lost organ or limb to the subject By the Effect of this Casting the subject will regenerate a lost organ (such as an eye, eardrum, etc.). or a limb or appendage (leg, arm, foot, hand, toes. fingers, ear, nose, etc. ). Note that this dweorner can be applied. at the caster's option. to any living creature. Each time the Ritual's Effect is activated, the subject will be strengthened and fortified, his or her body prepared for the creation of the new organ or limb. After one day, at the laying on of the second Casting of the Ritual, the Effect has a chance of succeeding, the percentage equaling the caster's STEEP. plus the subject's P TRAIT. at DR -Extreme.. A roll must be made. Failure means that another roll must be made accordingly on the third day. (If it is a Special Failure, the Regeneration dweomer will never work to restore the lost portion of the subject., body. This applies Lo all successive attempts made on subsequent days.) Success indicates that the lost portion will be restored. Each successive day. the Difficulty Rating becomes one step easier, until the seventh day when the DR is 'Easy.' if failure. of any sort is indicated on this last attempt. the result is the same as a Special Failure).
