By means of this Spell. practitioners are able to heal both Mental and Spiritual damage. The maximum amount. they are able to restore thus is 1 point of either sort for each point of STEEP they possess in this K/S Sub-Area if an ecclesiastic is not actually touching the subject to be heal., that caster must expend extra Helm in order to channel the healing Effect of the Psychic Balm dweomer to the recipient. The cost is 1 Heka point per fool of Distance to the subject, and the additional Helm must be invested al activation time.
