Alter Skin Spell

This Casting affects one creature or persona, changing skin color. texture, and markings/flaws (such as freckles, moles, warts, wens, scars, tattoos, etc.). The Casting will also change the subject's complexion and add/remove markings as the Casting Alter Complexion. All natural and artificial markings save those of Heka-induced nature can be removed by this Spell, and even most magickal markings can be concealed by its Effect. The Spell's Effect isn't permanent in itself, although if an Enchantment Ritual is performed first, it will make it so.
