For every 10 points of Astrology STEEP possessed by the persona, one fact of this nature can be determined, although each fact requires a STEEP roll at a base DR of 'Moderate to determine if it can be gained A Special Success gives greater detail and enables another, extra, influence discovery. Note that a failure Indicates that no Wither information can be learned for that objectÑalthough the Casting may be attempted anytime after a 24-hour period has elapsed. A Special Failure means that no further information about the item will ever be divined through this dweomer.
