The resulting Effect is to add 1 D3 to each TRAIT, restoring damage sustained and balancing losses between Mental, Physical, and Spiritual damage to a like extent ( 1 D3 from stronger to weaker), or else otherwise adding a false total to a TRAIT or TRAITS, and lending 3D3 points of personal heka as well, for as many ATs duration as the herbalist has STEEP points.
