Disperse Heka Flow Cantrip

This Casting neutralizes a single Heka flow, and it is thus very effective in countering Heka projectile attacks such as He. Beam or dispel-ling the effects of Castings which do Continuing damage. Another use of this Can trip is in disrupting Castings or Powers that have created magic.' barriers or traps. Preternatural Heka will always be affected by this Casting. Supernatural Heb will not be dispersed permanently, but the flow will be stopped for a time equal to the caster's STEEP in BM, while Entital Heka flows will be stopped for only the same number of CTs.
