Airbubbles Charm

Through this Charm, the caster creates a pocket of bubbling water or similar liquid in which the oxygen is such that it enables "breathing" while submerged. The sphere might also permit others to do likewise. While the caster is within this bubbling Area (possibly with compatriots), movement is twice as fast as normal swimming, and gill-breathing creatures will find acute discomfort within it, and after experiencing it once they will tend to shun away from Its radius.
