Discourse Cantrip

The Discourse Cantrip is very similar to the Communicate Spell of Dweomercræft, White School, but it has a shorter Time, less Distance, and less potential Distance in that it cannot be extended. This Casting allows the practitioner and the selected subject to speak to each other telepathically over a limited distance. The Effect does not allow any mind reading or mind control of anyone.

The communications are simply two-way receptions of each other's specifically directed messages over a "narrow" channel. Messages can be of virtually any length, but while "listening," the receiving individual is unable to concentrate anything else. Of course, one doesn't have to pay attention to a message.
