Tutelage Formula

With the Tutelage Formula, the caster can successfully instruct another in a K/S Area which the practitioner possesses, thus providing the subject with the temporary use of the K/S. If the Knowledge/Skill area is unknown by the subject, the persona will acquire base use of the K/S with an effective STEEP of one-half the practitioners own, or as great as the caster's own if that STEEP is under 31. Those subjects who already possess the K/S will gain a bonus in STEEP point.equal to the positive difference between the caster's STEEP and their own, so that their STEEP will then equal the casters.
