General Pool Ritual

Performance of the general pool ritual requires on action turn per 10 points of heka to be stored in the general pool object through this casting the heka forger enchants and charges an item which is otherwise suitable and has been property prepared to serve as a general purpose heka reservior . the maximum amount of magical energy which can be stored in such a reservior is equal to teh caster STEEP and this total will be stored in the reservior then the casting is avtivated. Optionally the preatitioner can increase the potential storage capability by expending additional points of heka during teh ativation for each point of heka expended the reservoir will be capable of holding an additonal point of heka Note howerver that a reservoir so created will not contain any heka until subsequently charged by the caster or another individual capable of so doing note that in either case the additonal material cost does not include the cost of object to be used as reservoir or any other associated costs of cleansing preparation etc. this reservoir cannot be recharged.
