While this casting is in Effect, there is no chance of a Special Failure - it would be considered a normal failure at worst, using energy from the Positive Plane to produce the effect. The Casting is not affected by movement, combat, or other actions, but may be dispelled normally.

At activation time, the caster can extend the Time duration by expending 5 Heka per additional BT, up to the lesser of S-TRAIT or Heka Aperture points. Full Practitioners can extend the duration up to SM CATEGORY BTs, and all others up to SMCap BTs.

In any case, the Effect ends once one Special event is averted.
