With this Charm's dweomer active, the caster can perfectly mimic the voice or call of another person/creature. It is important to note that without hearing a wide range and variety of sounds, practitioners are able only to copy what they have heard in near verbatim Fashion; that is, just because they heard someone call out a few words, doesn't empower them to then carry out a detailed exchange in that voice. An observer will notice the caster's throat moving if great care is taken when looking, but there is no mouth/lip movement discernible.
