This Charm creates an Invisible set of appendage -chains,- bonds of Heka energy which fasten the subject's appendages to We most substantial place up to one rod distance of the subject, i.e., the ground, floor, wall, or whatever. If the strength of the -chains- exceeds Capacity, then We subject is held fast until the Casting is negated, dispelled. or Its Time Duration expires. If the Heka expended is equal only to that Capacity, then the subject will break free in one CT. If the Capacity exceeds the Heka invested then the -chains- are broken instantly.
