This Cantrip magickally invests its subject with the ability to speak the caster's native tongue. Note that it does not convey the caster's mind. so vocabulary will possibly be limitedÑespecially in the case where the dweomer is placed upon an animal of some sort. However. despite the mental handicap of any such normal creature, it will be able to speak and convey simple though./emotions. and understand them.
