This dwermer opens a channel to a Heka elemental of any short positive negative or mixed so that the creature can release energy at a target point or subject of the practitioner choosing up to the distance indicated . Note that there is a fairly lengthy delay between casting activation and the release of the force by the Heka elemental . This is unavoidable but in the meantime the conjuror need not concentrate on the effet but can do whatever else is desired as long as the caster is able to direct the heka bolt to the target desired on battle tum later. If not able the conjuror will be targeted by the bolt instead the base damage from the force of heka is 8D6 positive heka release will inflict mental damage on non-Physical targets.
