An unwilling subject aware of the danger and able to act to avoid being touched requires that the witchcræfter score a successful hit in combat Hand to Hand either type in order to activate this effect and change the victim to a batrachian or similar form . The subject will retain all TRAITS memories knowledge skill etc although the victim will be able to articulatge speech if the animal form is capable the effect disallows any use of casting or powers essentially the victim is trapped within the form and only the ability of speech offers any hope of being rescued . This transformation is permanent and can be reversed only through magickal means such as the Frogprince casting detailed hereafter.
