This casting enables the mystic or another subject to change form along with all that persona wears and carries from material to either of the two stages of no material form . It is the same as the grade VI general Dweomercræft casting of the same name q.v. A partial physical manifestation is ghostiy form . A nor physical manifestation . is totally invisible to normal human senses . subjects are able to remain in whichever form they have shifted into for as long a period of time as the casting duration allows . neither form needs to breathe drink eat rest sleep etc. To go from full physical manifestation to a partial physical manifestataion takes 1 CT . To then go from PPM to Non Physical manifestation NPM thus being able to enter many other spheres and or planes of the universe requies another CT. to then go from PPM to non physical manifestation NPM thus being able to enter many other spheres and or planes of universe requires another CT of time in any case personas are unale to do anyting else while phase shifting . In PPM . mystics may upt to be eigher visible as near transparent ghostly or wraith like figures or be essentially invisible but in either case they will be incapable or making noise or otherwise using physical means to infiuence material objhects . such practitioners will becapable of walking through walls floating through the aire at normal movement rate. levitating up and down through ground walls and floor. and will like wise be completely immune to all types of normal physical damage though they will be unale to cause any such damage eiher the ill effects of any physical damage previously suffered shock dazing etc however will still continue to plague them in their phase shifted state of partial physical manifestation. In non material manifestatain personas are essentially on the ethereal plane and viewing the material as if throught a thin gauzy veil of course . NPM personas are quite undetectable to normal human preception . in many respects this form is the same as the PPM ,invisible but in additon the persona can journey astrally at will see the astral journeying casting for details of movement in this state note however that the phase shifeted individual are not connected to any silver cord and they can change form NPM. to PPM or FPM when they desire .l that is dangeri to become material while in some totally allien . deadly environment is to doom such personas to death . even willing return to material form can be dangerous . however this state of phase shifting provides a very very poerful means of traveling exploring enevstageing and so forth successful activation of this casting takes teh mystic out of phase and 1 CT later the perona will be in PPM form. In no case can the phase shifted persona cause someone else to do so.
