In order for this spellsong to be sung into activation, there must be a nearby source of flame at least as large and bolas a normal camp fire or the blaze in a fireplace. Fire Memento's are from the Preternatural Planes and Spheres of that ilk and are summon. into service through Heka-force. A Fire Elemental can actually communicate with the items of its element, and affect enchanted materials of like type. Fire Memento. are invulnerable to non-enchanted/non-Heka-based attack forms, save for attacks of Elemental sort of water. Plain water inflicts I point of Physical damage per 10 gallons striking the subject. Heka-engendered water which delivers physical damage (as ice etc) inflicts like PD on the Fire elemental . Fire elementals care immune to fire. Note that the fire elemental can be dismissed by the spellsinger at whatever time desired.
