This dweorner's function is to detect the use of Heka whose purpose is to alter the weather or temperature in the surrounding region. The dweomer will discover the general location of the magickal center of the Heka, the general purpose of the Casting, and the relative strength (Grade and Heka expenditure) of the dweomer.
