This Casting enables the medium to create temporarily a non-magickal of bask design and functionality. Thus, simple tools and devices can be generated for normal use. Any items, Including weapons, so created through the Materialization dweomer are of Average Quality. For each cubic foot of volume of the item materialized, the practitioner must expend 1 point of extra heke at the moment of Casting activation.
