Permanence Ritual

This reitual casting requires nine action turns and is used to bind permanently any single encantment ability bonus etc to the Heka forged object it creates a resistance to any dispelling or negation of the object dwermer so that casting under 250 heka points pwer are not effective heka added by teh attacking practitioner to overcome resistance willcoutn toward this level of course note that this ritual also has an effect which is the equivlent of a heka binding casting upon the object allowing it to be recharged .
